  • Data Migration Status:
    • The data import process is complete. If you have any issues with your account, do not see your data, or have any questions or concerns, please email us at support@nutri-q.com.
  • Known Issues:
    • On the Client Sign Up page, some users are getting an error message that says “email is not allowed”. This will be addressed ASAP.
    • Some practitioners cannot assign To-Do items to clients that were imported during the data migration process. This is being addressed.
    • Some practitioners have reported they cannot see the Symptom Burden Graph, Symptom Burden Report, Client Recommendation Report, and Severity Report for a client’s submitted NAQ form.
    • Known issues with migrated client data:
      • For clients who had completed multiple NAQs, Symptom Burden Graphs were all assigned the same date when the client data was migrated. This makes time-based analysis impossible.
      • Practitioner Notes in migrated Initial Interview and Food & Mood Journals may not be visible.
    • For those who received a 30-day free trial message, that was an error and all accounts are being adjusted to receive the 60-day free trial as promised.
    • Some users are reporting issues with passwords or getting access. Please email us at support@nutri-q.com and our team will assist you in getting logged in.
    • The Recommendation form does not save the practitioner’s progress if the page is closed or refreshed before submitting. Click the “Next” button at the bottom of the page to save your progress. You will still be able to make changes before submitting the form.
    • The “Show NAQ Symptom Burden Graph to Clients” setting in a practitioner’s Account Settings does not currently work as expected. For now, you can update this setting manually on a client’s Client Details page to let them view their Symptom Burden Graph.
    • Practitioners do not receive an email confirmation when a client uses the direct Scheduler URL to book an appointment.
    • When filling out a Food & Mood Journal, the dates for each logged entry are incorrect by one day in the reports. For example, if the client logged food on April 23, 24, and 25, the report displays these entries as April 22, 23, and 24.
  • 3rd Party Integrations:
    • Practice Better Integration is live as of April 26, 2024.
    • Fullscript integration is working correctly as of March 21, 2024.
    • Users report issues with Google Calendar integration:
      • Nutri-Q allows clients to schedule an appointment when there is already something else scheduled on the practitioner’s Google Calendar. This can lead to double-booked time slots.
      • Appointments booked with the Nutri-Q scheduler now populate the practitioner’s linked Google Calendar. If you are still experiencing issues, unlink and re-link your Google Calendar on the 3rd Party Integrations page.
